Tingling in Penis and have no idea. Help!

Hi I'm an 18 year old male and recently (for the last 2 weeks) have noticed that the back of the head of my penis kind of tingles and it feels like I need to urinate when I clearly don't. The tingling comes and goes and it can be bothersome but doesn't cause pain. And also when I urinate it sometimes stings, not all the time, and when it does sting it doesn't cause that much pain, and the pain is bearable. I had unprotected sex with two different women that both said they have no STD's or STI's so I'm wondering if its a Urinary Tract Infection? Please let me know what it seems to be. I am going to get tested for certain STD's and STI's and a UTI soon.

certainly going to be seen is in your  best interest. You need some basic urine testing done for starters as well as possibly even a manual exam of your prostate too.

stop back and let us know how your appointment went :)

Are you sure? Isn't tingling in the head of the penis and stinging during urination symptoms of a UTI and several STIs?

I don't think it is anything based on where the symptom is.
