i'm confused

i am a 17 year old male. i was on the receiving end of unprotected oral sex 3 days ago. today, i started experiencing a burning sensation in my penis after going to the toilet, i also noticed the mouth of my urethra seemed swollen, and also my lymph nodes appeared to be swollen, the left one larger, but no pain. i am worried, could STD symptoms manifest themselves so quickly, or is it mind over matter and i'm just paranoid?

PLEASE HELP ME!

It could, if you just needed to get some bacteria flushed out.  That could be easing the symtoms some.

I'd still get tested.

one more thing... is it common for the swollen urethra and burning sensation to go away, because i don't feel it anymore, it's just the swollen lymph nodes that are still persisting.

I would get checked.  You could get gonorrhea or urethritis from oral sex, so its worth a visit to your doc.

Whether or not you finished doesn't matter here.  Your finishing or not would affect the person who was giving you oral sex, not you.

Ask your doc to test you for gonorrhea and chlamydia (chlamydia from oral sex is rare, but its the same test), and to look at your urine under a microscope to look for white blood cells.

Don't pee for at least an hour before you go, and make sure you are giving them the first part of your urine stream only.  So pee first in the cup, then pee the rest of it in the toilet.
