Tiny white flakes at the base of hairs? Please help!!!

hi,
so I have only been itchy down there occasionally and I noticed some tiny white flake like things at the base of a few hairs.  I researched this and things led to crabs, but I observed this area and havent seen anything move or anything that looked like crabs (just these tiny white flakes would could be nits?)

however I do shave down there and get dry skin, so could that be it?

that is how mine itch started out - occassional itch - almost like dandruff - scratched so much my itch turned to lumps, then bumps, then bumps filled with white puss, then i was diagnosed with hsv 2, then mrsa, and i have eczema. you might want to go to the dr.

Yes, it could easily be dry skin, or maybe a mild fungal infection.

You can check with your doctor to make the diagnosis.
