Hello about 11 months ago i had seconds of unprotected sex with a female friends.  A week or two later, I developed a slight itch tingle that would come and go. Never had discharge or anything. I took all STD test including HSV 1 and HSV 2 everything negative. Today for the first time, my urine was cloudy and it scared me to death. I ovoided sex with my wife and to all my test results came back. I'm scared it could be trichomonas. if I had trich with cloudy urine show so late? My urine had been cultured and everything. the itch feeling was very frequent in the month of April and May. the it's feeling has went away but today I saw I had cloudy urine for the first time.  I'm freaking out. My wife has not shown any signs of trich.  If i passed trich to my wife, would she have obvious symptoms by now, eleven months later?

Hello Grace, from previous post you have given me great advice. I went to the doctor in early september of this year with the same issues I have posted in previous post concerning my HSV2 scare. I told him that I have also taken metrodonzole because i thought it could have been trichomonasis. He told me that he has already tested me for that by urine. Is it normal to test for that during a urine analysis? Bacteria culture and a Urine PH test was done as well. Its been over a year and I have tested for everything. HSV2 three times just to make sure. I keep getting this wiered tingling feeling on my butt thats scaring me to death. My wife keeps having recurring yeast infections worrying me as well. Im starting to think its me causing the yeas tinfections.

Hello Grace, I have a question. Im not sure how long its been there but i just noticed some little bump like cluster on the palm side of my right hand. It doesn't tingle, burnn or hurt. Would something be on the palm side of your hand. From previous post you would see that my last HSV2 test was negative at 6 months. What do you think?

The cystoscopy went well today. I do have one qyestion, when testing for chlamydia, can a doctor tell if trichomanasis is present?

Have u tested for mycoplasma i got that from oral sex and it affected my prostate.

you have multiple posts now. it's really most helpful when you just keep adding to your original post instead of making multiple new ones.

the cystoscopy isn't painful. it's the idea of strangers holding your penis while putting a tube down it that is the most uncomfortable part.

we've answered your std concerns previously. if you have urological issues, please post about them in a more appropriate forum :)

Yes awake, They use a numbing gel and is not be deal after either. Little bit of discomfort while urinating.  Any dicomfort is negated by the knowledge that everything is ok. Its good they have this equipment!!

My urologist told me that we have tested for evrythig and the last ting he could try is a cystoscopy to look in my urethra.

Trich can cause inflamation of the cervix. testing for it is usually done by taking a smear and looking at it under a microscope. Pap test is for cervix abnormalidies.

no i ave not tested for trich. I read that if a woman have trich, it would show up ohn her cervix.

Were you tested for trich after the affair? Also a pap is a test for abnormalidies in the cervix nothing to do with std testing.

would a pap smear detect trich even if the doc wasn't looking for it? My friend say her pap came baack norml, but they gave her medicine because they say she had more discharge than normal.

this has been driving me crazy ecause I really would like to get ack to normal life. Like i said this was the first time that this has happend. I suppose to have the exam where the put the camera down the urethra so that my next step.

Hi and welcome. Cloudy urine could be from many things and it would be best to have a doc check you out for this. Its always good to have a check up once a year to make sure all is ok. Its been quite a while since your incident and most likely not connected. Symptoms in certain months would not be a sypmtom of std's.
