Unknown Redness

The other night I had sex with this girl. It was unprotected, and we were cut off in the middle of it by other people. About 45 mins later I went into the bathroom and noticed that there was a small red spot, smaller than a centimeter, that was on my scrotum, and a little bit of redness trail up the bottom of my penis. /it was not bumpy, infact and didnt hurt. So I took some soap and washed it gently a few times through out the night and each time it burned quite painfully.
At that point I started getting a bit nervous. Yesterday I hit up the store hoping its some type of rug burn and bought some neosporin and caladryl. I also noticed yesterday that there were a couple of small red spots like... 3 - 4. Which made me more worried, but i also know for a fact that area has ungrown hair bumps that are very small. ( though they are not painful or unsightly at all) I think it just may be a cause of the redness. Still it scares me.

Today I went to check it, now the original redspot, looks alot darker red. Possibly brown. Almost like its a blood spot There hasnt been pain at all, other than the burning from soap. Slight slight itching that never sticks aorund long enough for me to go scratch. And today I tried some soap and there wasnt a burning sensation anymore.

Ontop of this, the girl said she was clean and was just tested last month. Still I worry.

does anyone have any idea what it could be? Or is it something that will go as fast as it came?

Sounds like a classical case of chaffing...  Or, you could've had a small reaction to the latex, but I doubt it would tear you up like that.

It could've been from her clothes or your clothes rubbing against you.  If you were completely "clothesless" - could've been from hair chaffing.

I wouldnt worry about it.

Yep, way too fast for symptoms of an std to come up.

Don't use neosporin caladryl on your genitals.  You can get quite a reaction from that.

If its concerning you, have it checked by a doc.

I wouldn't worry about it. Wait a couple of days and see if the redness persists. It is very inprobable that it may be an STD due to the fact that it takes at leat 2-5 days for the the least worriesome of STD signs to show up.
