oral sex

hi
3 days ago i had a massage by a gay in asia..
i asked him to do only foot massage . then with my stupidity i allowed him to give me oral sex with no condom .

it was very light and didnt last for more than 30 seconds..

then i cleaned my self and no blood was noticed
he was just smoked 2 cigarets and didnt complete them .. also he drink water befor the oral sex..

Am i in risk of HIV or STDs?
Do i need to be tested ?
can i have sex with my wife who is expecting my arrival today ?
until now no discharg and no burning in urination .

What are the main symptoms of Gono or NGU...does it include severe coughing at nights?

No, there is no risk of HIV through oral sex.  Just the two things listed above.

Gono will show up in 2-5 days, and symptoms will most likely come on strong.  NGU could take up to 2 weeks to develop but if you're not seeing anything by 7-10 days, you're probably clear.

So what about HIV?

You exposure was low risk if indeed it was only 30 seconds.  You only need to be worried about Gonorrhea and NGU.  NGu symptoms appear around 1 to 2 weeks.  If you want to be safe, wait a few more days to have sex with your wife.  Most likely you didn't get anything.
