Anxiety I need help please

been having sex with the same csw (sex worker) for the past couple months or so an maybe more then 4 times .,,every single time we meet an have intercourse I all ways wear a condom for every sex act even oral an after I am done I all ways fill the comdom up with water to see if it broke because I don't know what a broken condom looks like an when I do fill it up an put pressure on it it dose not leak so dose that mean the condom is not broken and also will you noticed a broken condon ..an this one that gets me is that she puts cream on my penis rubs it in an then SPITS on it for more lubricant an some times she rubs her vagina an touches my penis all so...am now I have been thinking about it I am scared that I can catch HIV/std from these acts I have a fiancé an I'm scared to give anything to her I really need help I been acting really funny around her an she is starting to sense it ... This racese threw my head all day an I can't stop thinking an all so both sides under my armpits hurt an feel tender an I have white spots on my tonsils also.. But I did not kiss the csw or nothing like that an I'm scared that I might of caught herpes ......But my fiancé had them first when she had a terribly bad cold but I don't know if I gave that to her because the white spots on my tonsils showed up after hers  it's been 2 weeks an her cold is starting to go away now  I took a quick oral test and the results came back negative for HIV and like I said I seen her a couple times in the past three months and also I want to add that she make sure I have a condom every single time so please if you can help me that would be great and also was I at any risk for any STDs hope to hear back thank you so much

Hi since the sex is protected also the oral sex. Then low risk for std's. There is a small risk for hpv, syhpilis, herpes. But not a major concern. But since you are sexually active with a csw. I would advice testing just to be on the safe side. Have a full screening. At least you know what you have or do not have. Take care!
