Do I have an STD?

About three or four months ago, my fiancée broke up with me and I had protected sex with a girl I just met. I know, poor decision. Anyway, the girl told me she was clean and swears she is still. But, I noticed, when I got back with my fiancée and we started having sex again, that it didn't feel as good as it used to, and that my penis would get very red. Nowadays, it's got flesh colored bumps on the underside, my whole penis stays a shade of red, and when I become erect, often times clear, slimy liquid comes out like precum. If I have an std, which I'm pretty sure I do, what do you think it is?

See a Dr, skin issues can be many things often not a STD. Based on "symptoms" doubt this is a STD.
