Vaginal ultrasound

Hi. I saw the probe doesnt have any protection on and my dr just put gel and stick the probe inside of me. I was thinking maybe they have other sanitizing solutions. I couldn’t sleep at night thinking and i go there to talk. They said dr should have put a condom or protection on and if she didn’t she should have. Now im concerned if she used the probe accidentally to times and if the patient before me have hiv/stds? What should i ask the dr now and should i be concern? Im having my period so im bleeding. And i think vaginal ultrasound can think like penetrating.
Im seeking help here because doctor is lying about spraying it before she put it in me. Thats just wrong. I watch the whole process but i was thinking she is a doctor so she must did it before me. I think i saw some gel in the probe too before she put new ones but again i was like she cant be ignorent. She probably looking at screen and she didntsaw the nurse cleaned it maybe.
When can i get tested for all this and what are the chances i get something serious from it?
Im currently breastfeeding and i am panicking actually.

Greetings.
There is no risk at all for any STI.
All medical equipment, including ultrasound probes, is either single-use or thoroughly sanitized after each use. The cleaning and disinfecting protocols are very strict;  it would be unthinkable for medical professionals to "forget" to follow them. Just imagine all those malpractice suits if they did!
You are definitely overthinking it.

Panicking and anxiety, on the other hand, are real and very harmful (for your baby as well). You may need to seek psychological help.

I am getting help. Thank you so much. They told me at hospital today that they should have use gloves before examination but nurse couldn’t remember and i know what i see. I wish its just anxiety. I was asking risks if they forget sanitizing. Even tho i read some articles and there are risks i want to know how are the chances in real life.
Are you still thinking same? Thank you for reply.
Note: they said they are using gloves as a probe cover. Not physical examination i am talking about. I want to explain to prevent any misunderstanding
There is no risk for STIs from intravaginal ultrasound or any other medical procedure.
STIs are transmitted during sexual encounters, not medical procedures.
One of my teachers used to say "the risk to get a STI without having sex is as big as
the risk of a paratrooper to accidentally land into your bed instead of his landing zone". It would be fun, but it never happens.
Here at this forum there are a lot of people who are anxious or scared. Anxiety makes you think probabilities: it is how anxiety works. Anxiety is a real problem for you and you need to face it.
