Someone please help!

Okay, there seems to be a bigggggg problem.

I've had unprotected sex before but not with multiple partners. With my ex girlfriend that i dated for 4 years,  and it was the first time for both of us. I've had sex plenty of times after her, but with the use of protection. Oral sex, however, has been ordinary to me, so i haven't really used protection for it (most girls don't seem to like it?). Anyway, so here's the problem - I've started feeling pain on the tip of my penis. The first time i ejaculate, it's fine. The second time around, i get pain when i get an erection and there's pain in the tip of my penis when i ejaculate. Third time around, it's gets pretty painful and i usually just leave it be. However, say for instance, if i had sex in the morning, SOMETIMES by the afternoon there won't be any pain (usually sex in the morning results the penis with pain for a good 4-5 hours afterwards- i experience pain in erections and urinating within that 4-5 hours). Moreover, if it's constant, then its just hard to bare and i need to stop. Sometimes sex in the morning leaves me with pain up until the night. This has been happening for a while (6 months +) now, but i've been too scared to consult the doctors (more embarrassed than anything).

I'm 21, and, as you can tell, pretty sexually active. I've never had such a problem before, and i'm pretty healthy physically and mentally. What do you think the problem might be? What are the diagnoses? I'm pretty freaked out. If you require more information, PLEASE let me know.

Thank you. Desperately looking forward to your response as soon as possible.

LOL I know, in all my years of working in this field, I've met 2 people who actually use protection for oral sex, but it really is a good idea.

Yes, oral sex with protection. You can use some cover in your tongue if they don't wanna  use FCs.

See you.

Awesome. A whole lot less worried. I'll go visit a doctor soon and i'll let you guys know what the deal is so if anyone else comes across such a thing, they'd know exactly what to do.

btw... oral sex with protection...? seriously...?

you possibly have an infection...

you need to see a doctor to get a medication for it.. dont be alarmed, but it has to be dealt with by a doc as it wont go away..

I do have experience in this field - I've worked in it for years.  No one can diagnose you over the internet, and I did advise you to get tested.

This could be so many things - an std, a problem with your prostate, dehydration, etc., that without lab tests, no one will know what you have.

Thank you for this. Drink more water, huh? less alcohol? haha i'm no alcoholic, so that's not a worry. i feel a tad bit better, but i'd really like someone with an experience to help me out here.

Thanks for the comforting remarks though. I hope someone knows that's going on.

None of us in this forum are doctors.

This might be an std, or it might just be that you need to drink more water, and less alcohol and caffeine.

Since you've had unprotected sex (even oral), you should just go get tested.

The only thing I can say before MDs here answering your questions is your shouldn't give oral sex to girls without protection. The way I see it, you are a "promiscuous" guy and the more you have unprotected oral sex the more chances you have to get a STD. I know it doesn't feel so good but if you don't know the girls then it's more likely for you to get STDs.

I'm not a doctor. I don't have a clue of what it is.
