STD Risk

So I rescently had a sexual encounter with a women.
and I'm worried sick about it. Feeling nausea and just terrible about the situation to the point where I feel I have symptoms.

I recieved unprotected oral sex from her for about 10-20 seconds.
and attempted to have sex with her with a condom for about 20-30 seconds but only went inside her for only a few strokes.

what are my risk of getting a std? or is this just me being worried sick and all in my head?

Oral sex is low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. The chance you caught anything is very low. If you remain concerned, see a doctor or clinic for professional evaluation and testing.
