JUST not sure what's going on

Okay... So. I recently got a new sex partner, we've been having sex now for about 2 months or so... And about a week and a half ago, I got this big bump(not open sore) and assumed it was an ingrown hair and proceeded to try and remedy the problem by popping it (no luck) so i let it be, hoping it would fix itself, a few days later another popped up, and then another... in a week or so, 5 of these have showed up and will not go away, id like to clarify, there are no open sores anywhere in my pubic region, or etc. But as of lastnight after we had protected sex where the condom was seating around the base of my penis on the underside it became red, and tender to the touch almost burning. Now it looks like theres a rash all over my pubic region. And slightly dry looking on my testicles almost like theres dry skin, or... something... Any information would help.. Also, i dont have insurance etc.. so i wanna see if theres anything i can do at home to fix this. or what i need to do in general.

Bumps/rashes can be many things often not a STD, but only a Dr is going to be able to tell you what it is.

Exam to find out what is going on before trying to treat anything.

Try to find a clinic that will work on a sliding scale.
