Weird white bumps under the penis head

hey im a 17 year old male And i noticed i have a bunch of white small bumbs going around under my penis head like around the rim...they look like pimples...they do no hurt or nothing completly painless..does anyone have any idea what can this be? and can this be transmitted to some one else

One more thing: This is not an infection or does not mean you have a disease, completely normal.  Forgot to mention this..

I wouldn't worry about it, what you are most likely describing is called pearly white papules, I believe.  Not contagious, but a lot of guys get them.  Google it and if you are still worried, talk to someone or see your doctor to ease your mind. That's what is sounds like, google search images as well.  Hope this helps.
