Gonorrhea or Chlamydia Transmission??
Hi All:
I was wondering, if I had throat Gonorrhea or Chlamydia, would it be possible to spread it to my penis if I accidentally swallowed my discharge?? Also, would my drool during night, or my dried drool on my pillows cause them to spread to my eyes?? I know these can be treated, but I am very low on finances and will not be able to see a doctor until next month... so any information will help :-) thank you in advance.

you have treated the infection. you need to stop worrying!!
if you have mouth issues, you should deal with them. they are a big risk for other health problems and shouldn't be ignored!

it's already in the mouth area - you won't make it worse or spread it there.

Good to know. Last question, if after treatmment, I spit out my discharge from my throat, will I suffer autoinoculation to my tongue, in other words, will I spread the gonorrhea to my tongue from my throat if I spit up the discharge after I have had treatment?? Also, if I had gonorrhea in my eye, would this treatment clear it up as well??
it can take a week or more for the discharge to stop. if it lasts more than 3 weeks, return for further testing.

So I received my results. I do indeed have pharyngeal gonorrhea. I was brought in to the clinic for treatment. I received a shot and 4 pink pills (single Dose). It is day three, I had a green discharge before, but it isnt as dark and sometimes it is a light yellow, and sometimes it is clear now... How long before gonorrhea clears up, and is the treatment I was given usually the route that they go for pharyngeal gonorrhea, or is there another recommended treatment? I was given the cetrafiaxone shot and the azythromycin pills.

no, a std won't travel from your throat area down to your genitals through your body.

I am not swallowing my own ejaculate. I asked about THROAT chlamydia/gonorrhea. I had read that you could have white/yellow discharge that resembles phlegm from your throat... If I did swallow this, could it cause these STD's to spread to my penis from simply swallowing it??

no, drool on a pillow won't spread it to your eyes.
I'm afraid to even ask how you would be accidentally swallowing your own ejaculate.
if you are in the US, your local health department can do this testing for you. make sure if your only contact was performing oral on someone, you let them know that you need oral swabbing.
is it likely you have an oral std? no it is not but it can happen.
