Unprotected fellatio

1 week ago on vacation I received unprotected fellatio from a Cambodian prostitute.  Now I'm experiencing a burning sensation in and around my penis and the area behind the scrotum, had an ache stomach, and now feel tired with heavy eyes and have a sore throat.  I've already gone in to get tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia (waiting results) and can't wait to get tested for everything else (waiting for 3 weeks after incident).  Firstly, what STD's are possible to be transmitted via receiving oral sex.  2nd) Are there diseases common in South-east Asia that are not common here?  3) What part of this are nerves, I’ve read a lot online about symptoms and feel terrible for what occurred.  I’ve never been promiscuous nor wanted to partake in this type of behavior (extremely drunk) and have learned my lessons on the dangers of drinking to much!  I don’t have any discharge or sores.  I know herpes and HIV have similar symptoms to what I described.  Is it possible to get HIV symptoms this early and is type 1 herpes more common from receiving oral sex?

Thanks
