Spots/Sores on base of Penis

I recently had 2 new sexual partners, both occasions I used protection however i believe on one of the encounters the condom potentially slid up, but still remained on.

In the 48 hours after the last sexual encounter I broke out in 7-8 spots on the base of the shaft, most of which now (4 days later) have started to scab over and heal, however on the underside of the penis is a more unhealed sore, presumably due to it being unable to "air out".

Is the brief contact that would have occurred likely to result in an STI? Or am I adding 2 and 2 and getting 4? My main issue is I am currently living in a city in China so medical care would require disclosing the information to a work colleague who could translate which I would rather avoid if possible.

I also experience flu like symptoms (fatigue/fever) however a few of the other people I work with have also had similar recently so I'm not sure if it is linked.

Being the way I am I ended up looking online and saw about HSV 2 Vesicles. I googled them and some are scarily similar in appearance to what I have/had. Is there anything else similar in appearance that these could be that could explain away my worries?

Hi, topical stds from protected would be herpes and syphilis but neither should have sores develop in 48 hours. it would appear its an irritation from hair folicles or friction from rubbing against her genital area esp if one of both of you shave the area.

Thank you! It's already clearing up so fingers crossed it was a one and done deal.
