See a Dr, does not sound STD related and if you use condoms it is not STD related.

it may also be an external hemoroid of sorts they can come out of your anus if they enlarge or become sore. This is not for sure but it sounds like he is being to rough on you and you need to tone it down and heal yourself. I would see a doctor about it. hugs
