What is it?

I am a 37 WM and I received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker about11 days ago. I noticed just 2-3 days after the exposure that I had VERY small bumps on the foreskin of my penis in one small area only. They DO NOT burn, itch or annoy me in anyway besides them just being there? I have NO STD symptoms at all...besides some hyper sensitivity to what I think are normal genital sensations becasue of this recent exposure. Could these be mullusum or genital warts or worse off herpes?? Again, they are very small (not quite a mm each) and do not itch or hurt. Thanks

Unprotected oral sex is a low risk activity but not zero risk, but from what I read, it looks like your clear.

They don't sound like genital herpes to me either (get a third opinion on the Herpes forum here).   It you think it might be mulluscum you will  have to go to a urologist or and STD specialist to test for that.

Good luck.

Yes very small and hard to pick up instantly upon very quick inspection but obviously I know where they are now. THis is why I thought they may be mulluscum.

Are they microscopic and really small to see? If so, you may be attuned far more to your senses and obversation with anxiety. Herpes are clusters of blisters which rupture intentionally into oozing painful sores. Genital warts are a cauliflower like pattern.
