What is the likelihood I have an STD?

Alright, I am in high school, and I have already have 11 sexual partners. By this I mean I had sexual intercourse with them. I used a condom every single time, and most of my partners were either virgins or they had few partners before me. I have never experienced any STD symptoms nor have any of my partners. However, just recently I noticed a strange bump on the inner part of my vagina. I looked up the symptoms and it appears to be an abscess. However, I'm not ruling out the fact that it could be some STD. I want to get tested but that is proving difficult at this time and I was wondering what the chances of me having an STD are?

Thanks! I actually called planned parenthood, and the ones in my area do not offer free STD testing. I am hoping the health department will offer it for free! :)

Well, there are std's that are contracted by skin  to skin contact.  Condoms cannot prevent them from spreading in areas that the condom does not cover.  Chances are not that high without visible symptoms. So, do the best you can and try to get to a planned parenthood or somewhere that offers free std testing.

At least you are smart enough to make sure you use condoms every time you have sex.  Kudos to you on that.
