Could I have an STI

I am a male. 3 weeks ago I had sex for the first time in years. I performed oral, did not receive oral, and had protected vaginal sex. 2 days ago I noticed a mild tenderness in the penis hole, and this morning I noticed a very mild thin white discharge and mild burning when urinating, much like I would when dehydrated. I asked the partner if she had anything at the time and was assured she was clean. Even though I wore a condom, I never climaxed, and I suppose it is possible that it broke. Here's where the dilemma kicks in. Yesterday, and I have no idea how it happened, but I pulled about a 2" hair out of my penis. Is it more likely I am exhibiting symptoms of an NGU or simply ititation of the urethral canal due to said hair? And also, if I were to have an NGU, is it possible for me to transmit it by preforming oral? Any help is appreciated.
