Worried sick about STI

Hello,
I am booked in to get tested next week but the stress  in the meantime is killing me.
3months ago I performed oral on a male and he ejaculated in my mouth at which I spat it out.
4.5 months ago again I performed orao on another male who did not ejaculate in my mouth.
5.5months ago I had receptive protected anal sex and performed oral and received oral with another male.

I am uncircumcised.

Just two days ago 10mins after I urinated I felt a burning in the head of my penis. It only lasted a few minutes. Then yesterday the same thing happened, then later yesterday I went to the toilet and before urinating I checked my penis for discharge I noticed a clear, odourless, stretchy discharge on the head of my penis. Today I have found that same discharge on my penis twice before going to the toilet.

The burning sensation has happened three times out of at least 20 urinations over the past few days, but not during urination, it occurs about 10mins later once I'm sitting down again somewhere.
No pain at all other times.

I read when I googled that discharge from something like gonorrhea is a pus like substance that needs to be milked out, so I tried that on day one and two but it has left the head of my penis today feeling a little tender.

I'm very worried that this is an STI and want to hear whether these symptoms are probable for an STI or if it could be something else.

Could this all be in my head and I've caused the burning and the discharge through stress? I feel like I have been panicking about STI's before these happened anyway which I know is ridiculous.

Any help will be appreciated.

STD symptoms for the most part would show up a lot sooner, but this could be something related to the prostate. Your risk overall was low, but have a urine test and a throat swab done.
