What is this?

About one week ago, I started to get a rash on my toung. A few days after the rash formed, it became sore to touch and to eat. It feels kind of like its burning. The rash is oval in shape and started out red in color... after a day or two it became yellowish and getting a little smaller. It’s the size of a dime now and looks like a dark red patch with a surrounding boarder of white/yellowish around it...  Also I noticed a rash on the head of my pennis... no blisters or iching. It’s just red and crusting. I went to the doc. and she outrule herpes but took blood to be sure. She’s testing me for HIV and Herpes and will get the results in a few days. Can there be anything else that can cause these symptoms. I'm worried and paranoid

That is not true.  Women very often have stds and show no symptoms. Herpes, chlamydia, and gonorrhea are big ones to be asymptomatic in women.  Gonorrhea is almost always to show symptoms in men.

If your partner has no symptoms and she is STd free and so are you than clearly it is not STD related. go see a dermatologist for your concerns.
