What's the likelihood

About 3 weeks ago I had unprotected anal sex with a woman who's STD status I don't know.
It didn't last very long....2 to 3 minutes tops. When I pulled out all that I saw on my penis was the lube that was used, no blood or fecal matter or any other odd looking fluids and the lube didn't look discolored like it got mixed with blood or anything like that. I immediately took a shower and washed with soap thoroughly around my genital area. about 10 days after the encounter, I went to my doctor and submitted blood for an HIV test and submitted urine for a panel of STD tests. What is the likelihood that I contracted an STD or HIV even if the girl was positive? I know that my anxiety is causing me to have some exaggerated pain at the tip of my penis but I did notice one red spot on the top of my penis behind the head on the shaft. The spot did appear the day after I masturbated (to see if there was any real pain not just imagined) I am circumcised and in good general physical health.

Oh I'm sorry - I missed that it was anal sex.

That might change those odds a bit, but your urine tests are all still accurate.

Always use a condom for anal sex.  Always.

The urine test would have been accurate at 10 days.

Your chances of getting HIV from her if she was infected are less than 1 in 1000.  I wouldn't worry at all about HIV.  Most people don't have HIV.

Oh....the urine culture and the HIV test all came back negative....I know that I will need to get another HIV test probably in about 3 months. But since it was only 10 days what are the chances that the urine culture missed something.
