Whats wrong with me

I recently posted on the site worried about hiv. Working on moving on since many said my encounter was zero risk. I wont get into all my early symptoms but from those I did get a clap and gonoreha test which they say they call you if something shows up positive. Never called. Also did pee test at doctors due to testicle pain. Not sure what he all tested for. Lately for about two three weeks my throat has had a draining in the back and sometimes seems like its slightly bitter. My arms feel very weak all the time . I  have noticed little tiny blood red marks peppered on my body and seem to be having lots more pimples and pimples that dont look like the common ones I usually get on my body.
And I cannot stop coughing. I just dont feel right.

I have a few questions

What othet stds beside hiv would have symptoms like this if you had it for a while.

2. Is spitting in a cup of water a reliable yeast test? And could a penile yeast infection spread to your anus or mouth?

3. Does any std cause skin conditions like pimples or pimple like bumps on the body?

1. No STD including HIV has those symptoms

2. I am not sure, yeast is not a STD and no it can't spread

3. No

Follow up with your Dr, this is not STD related.

I know how you feel.  I have some symptoms similar like the little blood red dots (a lot of them), but they are on my legs between my knee and ankles.  I also had some rash on inner thighs.  I hope its some kind of eczema from dry skin in the cold dry Vegas air.  I only received protected oral sex with 3 CSW and fingered stripper.  Also got sick 1 week later.  Rash was 3-5 days after encounters.

Just test for gono, clam, and syph. for piece of mind.  Probably dont have anything.
