worried about getting STD.

Hi I had sex with my new gf yesterday and it was very brief oral she gave to me and it's unprotected and we had protected vaginal sex. I started feeling burn and irritation inside my penis and urge to urine.a year ago my ex gf gave me chymadia and I was treated and I left her cos she is not faithful to me and now I am with a new gf and I got this... could this be a STD? she used lot of saliva as lubrication to perform the oral..pls help

It's been 5 days since my sex encounter. I don't see and discharge coming out but it's like little irritating inside, I am worried if I still catch STD or just anxiety

Probably not an std. The urethra could be sensitive to your partners saliva and is slightly inflamed. This condition is called NGU. It is mostly caused by std's like chlamydia and mycoplasma genitalium however, these are not commonly passed during oral sex. My suggestion is to site tight for a couple of days and see what happens. If you see a discharge from penis you must go the clinic. If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
