Which doctor to see?

Hello, which specialist (speciality name) I should see for STD testing (all STDs). I am under Aetna insurance plan-- and I can't find STD specialist category there.
Should I see a urologist then?

I am in Texas...

thanks.

No, most clinics don't take insurance, but most are free or very low cost.

And yes, any general doc can do the testing, and you will have to wait a few days to a week for results.

You don't need a urologist.  Your regular doctor can do STD testing, or you can go to an std clinic and get tested as well.

There is no specialty for STDs.
