what should I do

I am a male in my late teens and last august I received oral from this girl. I do know her pretty well. The same night (possibly the next night, can't remember) I got pretty sick. I had a fever and I had aches and pains through out my body. Especially in my genital area, legs buttocks. I had a bit of tingling and a really bad itch in my genital hair. I have never had any discharge or painful urination. I looked up possible outcomes and I saw that std symptoms didn't show up that fast. I talked to the girl about it and she told me she was tested not too long ago.  I got tested for Hiv the past summer and it was negative. It relieved a bit of stress but I am a huge hypochondriac. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder a few years back. I do get occasional aches down there , but usually when I am about to catch a cold. It was a mistake I will never do again. So do you think I should have further testing? I haven't had any bumps that have looked odd or pain ful beside two bumps that were not really. close together but went away on there own and have not came back (thought it was a ingrown hair or something )  There has been this tiny lump on the very opening of my penis. But I have had that up there before this incident. The doctor said it was nothing to worry about. But please any advice would be appreciated. It has been bothering me for a year. And the part that scares me the most is that a lot of stds have no symptoms. And if I should be tested are health clinics free? Thanks so much

I agree, no reason to think your fever and other symptoms were std related . more likely they were a virus you contracted.

you can get std's from oral sex but the risk of such is very low in general. no real reason for any testing based on your symptoms.

STDS like you read don't show symptoms that fast, you most likely got a fever from something else and your anxiety got the best of you. but to be 100% sure , it's always good to get tested

I would get tested. A year is a long time. To be honest, getting tested can't hurt you. I do hope everything is ok. Good luck!
