Itchy penis, small red bumps around my pubic area and a few starting on my stomach

I used to be very sexually active a about a year and a half ago, but then I have been with one girl since. We are broken up but have sex when she comes down from her college, but she has had sex with one other guy and swears he says he is clean, but we all know that doesn't mean anything. and last time we did I felt fine afterwords but my penis is getting pretty itchy, i'm peeing a lot but it doesn't hurt, I'm uncircumcised and my foreskin is getting sort of raw (we had sex a lot over the weekend, but i also have been jacking off 3-4 times a day to relieve work stress) and my whole foreskin area and penis head are sort of wrinkly my penis head itchy. If it matters, she was spotting and on the end of her period when we did it, but we used Trojan condoms most of the time. but we ended up drinking afterword and i woke up the next day and there was like.. a bit of period blood and sweat and stuff still under my penis head in the foreskin (gross i know). but now it's just itchy, never hurts or anything but i have small bumps around my pubes and lower belly. we had the sex on the 23rd, it is now the 26th. I'd appreciate any help I can get... I'm thinking it might be a yeast infection but i would like to know more

I'm not anymore, that was a long time ago. but i did with almost all of them.

Now its back and it looks just as bad as yesterday. the rash is pretty much all gone but the whitish moist stuff is still there and it looks like it's moist dried off skin. I'm back to freaking out about it

Thanks very much, I am just freaking out because I'm only 18 and never had any issues (luckily.. got through high school having sex with 12 girls and no problems) looking back... I'm a lucky man to be clean from that. But anyways it's a lot better today, but still slightly itches and the red bumps are a lot lighter and less red. So I'm thinking I must have scratched myself while doing laundry or something and irritated it. My doctor is on vacation until next Wednesday, but I'm seeing him Thursday

Could be irritation or maybe yeast, but would have to see a Dr for proper diagnosis.
