Worried about STD and STI's , mainly HIV, HSV2 and HPV

Hello, I have been endlessly worriying about an incident where I performed and received oral sex, I am female.
I have worried about everything from HIV to HSV2 and now I find that I'm worried about HPV warts. I haven't been on this site for many years but I remembered all the valuable insight and information. I guess my question is : does receiving and giving oral sex warrant testing for HIV and HSV2? And was I at risk for HPV warts from brief skin to skin  contact ?   My partners, penis touched the outside of my vaginal lips, there was no penetration... I am not sure if  there was a bump or not or some kind of  follicle on their shaft? It was a poor decision I made after a tumultuous breakup and being newly single 6 months later. I decided it was okay to date again but I regret i my choice in partner wholeheartedly,  and wish I could take it back as I am left with all this worry now

I am certain you could look through your old posts and get your answer to this question.  The information regarding hiv has not changed. The ONLY risks are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. You performed oral sex which means you could NOT get genital herpes on your genitals. If you are thinking genital herpes on your mouth, you 'could' get oral herpes but that's common. 80 percent of the planet has hsv 1. I would not worry about this unless you get a sore or symptoms. The same goes for hpv. Unless you have a wart, hpv of your mouth? not really a worry. Review all of your old questions for reminders. You have a lot of them.

Thanks for answering my question Guitarrox, I guess I was mostly  worried about contracting hsv2 orally. I have read many posts from medhelp about the rarity of that as well, I definitely I needed the reassurance so thank you. Now that I'm logged back in, I can refer to my collection as well. I appreciate your response and the community. You're very helpful

I do have hsv1 orally, I know I'm not alone in that for certain

And from my understanding , HIV in this situation is either zero or low risk. Thank you for emphasizing that as well

All of a sudden recently,  I recalled the brief moment of "skin to skin" contact and thats when I thought of HPV even HSV2

I guess that was my most recent concern ?

If you already have hsv1, I would not worry about hsv 2 from giving oral sex. And your risk is zero for hiv. You asked about that plenty of times in the past and they do not allow continuing to ask repeated questions here that are anxiety driven. Keep that in mind. You sound like you are having a resurfacing of anxiety and I'd keep it in perspective. I would not worry about hsv 1 or 2 or hpv. But giving oral sex, if they had gonorrhea or chlamydia of the throat. Again, if you don't have symptoms surface, I would NOT worry.
I wouldn't worry about HPV, either, from brief touches.

Have you been vaccinated for HPV? You can talk to your doctor about it. It might help ease your fears about it.
Thank you so much, I do belive my anxiety got the best of me and  I appreciate your knowledge very much and taking time to answer still in light of that

I'm not gonna worry,  thank you Guitar Rox, best regards and wishes

Always, but trying not to be...

And Thank you Auntie Jessi ! I just read your comment also. I have not been vaccinated. I'm 40 years old, would I still be able to be vaccinated? I do get pap smears routinely though

Thank you for responding
I greatly appreciate your feedback

Sincerely

It depends on where you live - some countries have it for up to 45, others not. Ask your doctor. :)
Thanks AuntieJessi I will ! And Sorry for the late response, hope you have a wonderful weekend! Thanks for all your insight
