Worried about STDs

Hello, I have had sex with a 5 men since January 2015, always had anal protected sex but unprotected oral sex (yet they never finish in my mouth), I have a question, I just recently notice a wart (that does not hurt in my scrotum, it looks like a mole (darkish) not too big, it doesn't bother me either. Also I have one in my bottom gums (its white and not too big either) it does not hurt either, but I have been panicking about these two being some type of STD, I get some kind of mild pain on the right testicle that comes and goes and also some abdominal pain (I also think this could be nervous colitis since I have it) and headaches that come and go too since when I get stressed or panicked I get different symptoms. Anyhow, could you be able to tell me if this could be an STD, I tested recently and I am just waiting on my results, I've learned that sometimes you don't get symptoms for STDs, I would truly value your opinion and advice.

Dr's forum is closed, they are not posting anymore and if they did you would have to pay to post a question to them.
