STD symptoms

I'm married and recently cheated on my husband. I (foolishly) had unprotected sex with the other guy. A few days later, my husband and I had sex (unprotected). Both times, my vagina was really dry. A couple days after my husband and I had sex, I performed oral sex on him, and he said he noticed a cut on the outside skin of his penis. He said this has happened before whenever his skin has been really dry. About a week after sex with new partner, I noticed a white discharge from my vagina and it hurt/burned when I peed. . Anyways, my discharge and burning symptoms went away after about 4 days. My gynecologist said inside my vagina looked irritated and she noticed some blood in my urine. It's been about a week since my husband had the lesions and one of them hsn't healed yet, and he now noticed 3 tiny bumps around it. They don't look like they have any pus or anything. They are just tiny bumps the same color as his skin. I don't think he has any discharge. He's been really horny, but hasn't released. His tsticles also feel sensitive, as he described. Could this just be "blue balls" or an STD symptom? I'm paranoid I may have contracted an STD and passed in on to my husband. I'm still waiting for the results of my test, but I'm freaking out even more at the symptoms my husband is experiencing. My other partner hasn't noticed anything unusual.
Please advise as to what these symptoms could be. Both STD and other infections.
Thank you.

Your husband should get those bumps/sores cultured.  It could be herpes, but it could also be a fungal infection, a bacterial thing, etc.

Your other partner should be tested for all stds, including herpes.  He needs to make sure he has a type specific IgG herpes blood test.

Is it also possible in any way that a person could have an STD for a long time without seeing any symptoms? And after years the symptoms become noticeable and passed on?
