Worried again

Hello doctor! I have had two sexual activities that I want to talk to you about. So, a few weeks ago I've had protected vaginal sex with a woman I've known for a long time, but whom's health status I do not know. I also performed unprotected cunnilingus to her. I didn't experience any symptoms of any kind.
My second risky activity took place a couple of days ago with a sex worker. She performed protected oral sex to me (but also had contact with my testicles, which had no protection on) and I fingered her. I am worried because afterwards, I realised that I have injured my finger nail a day before (the one which had contact with her vaginal fluids). At the time of the injury my finger bleeded for a while. At the moment of the intercourse the wound was probably closed, but I cannot be sure about it, because the cut was under my nail, and I couldn't properly observe it. In the days after this activity I've had diarrhea.
What health risks was I exposed to? Could I have contacted any STD? Do I present hiv risk? Do I pose any health risks to my family? Should I get tested for something? Thank you and excuse my bad english.

And I forgot to mention that I used her condom, so probably the quality of it is doubtful....What do you think?I am looking forward to hearing your advice.
