I am really worried, please help me out

I've been looking all over the internet and I am really worried. I really need some help here. Some nights ago, I did one of the most foolish things ever. I went to one of those massage parlors which offer erotic massages. The parlor is located in Malaysia and the masseuse was a Thai girl. By the looks, she seemed healthy. She first gave me an oil massage, even between my buttocks but did not finger me and I hardly remember her massaging my anus; I was naked but her clothes on. Then she proceeded to giving me a body to body massage, she got naked, and started rubbing her whole body both on my back and front (at times, her vagina was on my upper body, on my chest and very near to my chin and on my genitals). She sat on my buttocks on some occasions. She then proceeded to rubbing her vagina on my penis for about 2-3 minutes. But I am sure there was no sort of penetration. However I was playing with her vagina with my finger but later at home, I noticed some cuts on my finger and a cut between my buttocks at the top where the cheeks meet(if you can understand the location of the cut). Her vagina was probably wet, I could not tell well because of the oil. In the end, she was giving me a handjob but there was no ejaculation. She kissed me on my lips, a very light kiss, with no exchange of fluids nor any tongue action, just the tip of our lips touched. This was my first ever sexual encounter with a person.
My questions are:
1. Could I have contracted any type of STDs (AIDS, Herpes, HPV, syphilis, gonorhea, chlamydia and others..) during that encounter provided that it was my first ever sexual experience and that there was no penetration?
2. Are there any particular symptoms I should be looking for? I have been feeling a bit of nausea lately, I guess that is maybe because I am worrying myself too much about the stuffs I have been reading over the internet.
3. Do I need to get worried and get myself tested?

Please do help. Thanks

oh..my friend? who? You are the first people to whom I am talking about this.
Thanks for the info..one last inquiry.. Could I have got HIV if there was contact between her vagina or vaginal fluid and the cuts in my buttocks and on my finger?
I have been having a bit of nausea lately, is it due to that experience?
From a closer look, there was no visible wart or sore or blisters near her genital area, what are my risks?
Please do answer these last inquiries..Thanks

you can get std's from naked skin on skin contact but overall the risk of such is low.

I think one of your friends has also posted about this for you too....lol

do you need testing for std's? no you do not unless you have a regular partner to protect. If you do have a regular partner, I recommend testing for herpes and syphilis at the appropriate times. hpv would also be a risk but we don't have commercially available tests to cover that base.

if you don't have a regular partner, no reason for any testing at all unless you should develop a rash anywhere on your body. If you do, be seen promptly for a proper exam to see if it's std related or the more likely contact dermatitis from the massage oils used.

How about for the other STDs? Can you answer all the questions? The cuts, when I noticed them, were not fresh except for the one on my buttocks..
This happened 2 nights ago and I just checked, I cannot find any blisters..your opinion?
Even though it is my first exposure, am I at risk?

Hi Really, from what you describe you were more exposed to herpes. Symptoms can occur 2 to 10 days after exposure. small cluster blisters on the penis head. Since there was a lot of skin to skin contact around the genital areas and you did notice some open sores, i would get checked out. Test in 3 months from exposure. If you dont have the blisters by now, most likely you ok.
