HIV/STD risk & test

I am a male. I had my first sexual encounter with a middle age female sex worker of Asian decent. Right before the encounter I had trimmed my pubic hair.

I received unprotected oral sex followed by protected vaginal sex. This took place 5 days ago.

2 or 3 day after the encounter I noticed a small bump on my penis. I scratched it. It came off. The skin started to heel and there is now an off white formation from there I scratched it off. I pressed on it this morning and puss came out of it. The small bump was 0.3cm in diameter. What is this?

What are my chances of having HIV/STD ? What should I get tested for?

First, re-read what Vance told you.

If you can't life with this go ahead and Test for

gonorrhea and NGU,  testing at 3 to 7 days post exposure.
syphilis                                   at 6 to 8 weeks post exposure.
Herpes                                   at 4 months post exposure.

See a Dr for your symptom it has no relation to a STD. Low risk for gonorrhea and NGU, lower risk for herpes and syphilis. At this time see no reason to test.
