I feel this pains in my panis when urinating, sometimes having sex.Nothing comes out from the panis after urinating, sometimes it feels very itchy on the panis head and inside the panis, I've been to the hospitals so many times, but they keep telling me that am clean. Please can i get help from anyone to treat it.PLEASE

Hi, the inside itching is often a symptom of Chlamydia which is an std but if they tested you for this and it was negative and all other std like gono then its possible you have a nerve injury inside you penis.
