Partner had PID, do I need treatment too?

I found out a one night stand from 2 months ago was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease this week and was recommended that all partners in the last 3 months get tested for STIs.  Sex was condom protected. I had a test for Chlamydia, Gonnorhea, HIV and Syphilis earlier this week, and all were negative.  I also have no symptoms . Do I need to go back to the clinic again to get a course of antibiotics as well just to be sure?
