anal bumps

I have had anal sex for the first time 6 months ago and now Im experiencing little itchy bumps on the anal wall and one buttock ,they are little bumps but alot of them, not very big but sometimes they are smaller and sometimes bigger, but they are not very big.just alot of small bumps in a certain area. they cause discomfort and itch alot, I went to the doctor and she had a papsmear performed and a urine test, which later she said she had tested me for HPV and papsmear and clymidia which they were all negative.. I was afraid of fissures and fistula all the time after the anal sex..because I had 3 days of bleeding...and the doctor examined me 3 months ago and said there is nothing wrong, but what are these bumps that are itchy and what can I do about them . I am so scared,so so so scared. I hope I have described the situation well because my english is not perfect. please please help me.

I would go back to your Dr and have him/her examine your bumps because they can be many different things.
