white spots hpv or yeast infection

I have white spots at the oppening of my vagina. im really wondering if it could be vaginal warts but i doubt it. they look more like patches of white extra skin kind of like a taste bud or skin tag. they arent hard, they dont hurtor itch they are jsut kind of there... i have no other symptoms other then i have a yeast infection. Could that be the casue of this? PLEASE HELP!!!! and i know i should see a doc but im scared to ask my mom even though im 20 and probably shouldnt be :-). thank you

usually vaginitis is causing itching, not hpv. be seen monday and get a proper work up done.

ok but if i was itching intensely down there could i have casued it? how long does it actualy take for warts to appear after sexual contact?

I can't really tell you much...yes it could be associated with the yeast infection, could be HPV, too touch to tell without seeing exactly what they look like. So best advice is to see a Dr.
