Dear sir,
I have prblem dry mouth last 1/2 month & last two days before infaction in throat also.And my urine comming yellow color.
Two month before i did unprotected sex with sex worker lady.
i am really worry wheather what can i do?

i did protected sex but condom was damaged during sex.
During a day drinking almost 7-8 glass of water.but still problem of the dry throat / mouth & white coating on the tounge .
During sleeping time & the middle of night drinking water also.
some time i am feeling tired & fatique like.

How about drinking more water during the day, and stopping a few hours before you go to bed?

Next month i am going in home country & will test all related test.
but the problem i have still one month & i am really suffering dry throat during the night time.
If i am drinking more water then problem for increasing of the urination & cause i can not sleep.
i am heartly saying that i am very distrub now a days

i am belongs to poor family & i did very hardwork in childhood & now become a Engineer.
Now the time to help my mother/ father ...
