Again it depends what its is. You tested negative for NGU which basicly means you don that gonorreha. Ureaplasma, mycoplasma and chlamydia are the 3 most common causes. I would hold off on being intimate with your partner until the test are back and if what you have is transmittable then your partner absolutly should be tested.
also is it possible that I could give it to my partner during intercourse as she is not having any signs if it is nsu
I will gladly share my experience so as to hopefully help educate anyone who finds themselves in my current situation.
Please let us know the results ok?
yes they took swab ,urine sample and blood. I asked them same question as I posted but they gave me no direct answer and told me to wait and see what the test results where. but the stress of not knowing and not finding any answers online lead me hear. thanks again you have been more helpful than anyone else I have talked to.
It would be best to get the test results before commenting on what you may or may not have other wise its all just speculation. NGU is also known as nonspecific urinary infection or nsu. Did they do a swab of the discharge?
so it is possible that my partner is telling me the truth and has been faithful provided the rest of the tests come back negative. do you know how this sort of thing can be prevented.as it is a very stressful thing to try and sort out. thanks for your help and for caring.
Hi, yes that correct, you can develop NGU from natural organisms that are living in the urinary tract. Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma genitalium are some of the culprits. Also are some condom spericides.
