I am freaking out.

Ok so a while back I had unprotected sex with this girl whom I THOUGHT was going to be faithful to me while I was away in boot camp, but I come back, had sex with her and a month later I started to have burning sensations when I ****, swollen lymph nodes, and now more recently, this bullcrap : http://img91.imageshack.us/i/59313922.jpg/ and this http://img185.imageshack.us/i/69794289.jpg/ , now the first pic was from a month or so ago, went completely away, left no scarring, thought maybe it was an allergic reaction to a new detergent I was using recently, but THEN it came back TWICE as bad yesterday, and I am losing my mind because I dont have health insurance, nor do I have the money to go pay out of my pocket to get tested. What the hell is this?

According to Dr. HHH, normally herpes blisters will appear with 14 days after exposure and the 1st espisode is normally very painful and will last for at least 8-10 days.

Do you feel pain?

Herpes will not have burning sensation when urinating.

I suggest you to see a STD doctor.

I am not with the person who might have given it to me anymore. I dumped her shortly after I found out she cheated on me

Well  you really can't wait that long to have these properly diagnosed. Why not you and your partner make appointments at planned parenthood to go and be seen tomorrow and you both get type specific herpes igg blood tests done as well as you get a lesion culture and typing of your symptoms if they suspect that they look like herpes.  Time is of the essence when getting tested for herpes and getting them treated so that you have less pain for a less amount of time. Either one of you could've had herpes and never knew it - odds are you've never been tested for it.

Go to the doctor.  Looks like Herpes to me, but I"m no physician and they use tests for this stuff.

Not really sure what they could be in that area. So my first statement about seeing a Dr is going to what you will have to do.

Well basically the blisters are grouped really close to one another and are clear, the first case of it was only 5 blisters that were near each other, all fluid filled. Now, more recently, there's like 10-12 of them, same type, near the hole of my penis, dont hurt (yet) but if they go away like the others did, it will feel a bit tingly just after they pop.
