The same day i went for testing on everything and am expecting results in the next two weeks. Please someone reply, i'd really like to have an idea of what it could be so i can take a course of action before whatever this is gets worse.

The risks are pretty much Gonorrhea or Herpes, but 1-day is probably too fast for something to show physical symptoms. It is probably strep.

Frankly, she is the one that needs to go for testing immediately. It could be a variety of things, for example strep throat.

It is unlikely that the infection came from you.

Typically the only oral STDs are Gonorrhea, Herpes, or another bacteria infection. You should be tested for those. It is not likely that either would show up on the same day.

If you develop lesions (i.e. red bumps that be come open sores), then you are probably infected with Herpes. This would happen in 5-15 days. Go to the doctor immediately if this happens. However, it may take 3-4 months to show up on a blood test.

If you develop burning and discharge, you may be infected with Gonorrhea or another bacteria. In general, you should probably go back to the doctor in 3-5 days to get screened again.
