Possible STI?

Hi, I have often paid for sex and the most recent one was around two weeks back. I've never had any symptoms until now, which has made me realize that it's not the safest practice and decided put a stop to it.

I've always used a condom for vaginal sex and occasional oral sex performed on her without protection. I always use protection when receiving one. But in this recent one it involved kissing as well.

Around a week back I have the following symptoms:

Cough with discolored phlegm; fever of around 99 Deg C; very fatigued, sick feeling. I have recently noticed a small, pea like bump in my anus.. It does not hurt when passing stool but is sensitive when touched.

Kindly advice if these relate to any STI's...I'm worried to death!

possibly it could be, i cant say because i cant see it. people can get weird lumps and bumps down there and usually arent std related. but you really need a doctor to take a look at it
