does antone know?

if a women has hsv 2 and was whiping herself and accidently touched down there then washed her hands right after in cold water then like 20 min washed again in hot water will she be likely to catch it on here finger

No, and she doesn't even have to do that much.  Once she's had it for a few months, she has antibodies to protect her from getting it anywhere else.

If you are concerned about it being transmitted via her finger, that's not going to happen either - it doesn't survive long outside of the infection site.

Normal hand washing is fine.

what if she  just barley caught herpes? then is it likely or no? what bout if u touched it exzact contact the sore? n advice if step parents save everything to computer to read everything u r doing n writng do u think its invading privacy? like if ur over 18???

What do you mean - barely caught herpes?  Like it was a brand new infection?  It still won't matter, because the skin is too thick on the hands for the virus to infect.

You shouldn't ever touch a sore though - you can get other bacteria into it that way.

Step parents reading your stuff is way beyond the scope of this forum.  I'm sure when I was 18, I would not have been happy if my parents had read my stuff on the internet (we didn't have the internet when I was 18, if you can believe it), but as an adult, I can see why parents would be very concerned.  You might post that in one of the teen forums for more answers.
