flea related ? simple penis pimple that turns nasty
This all started about 6 years ago when I first noticed a small pinkish pimple on the penis shaft. I also felt a slight sensation, almost like a tingle throughout my upper-right leg and right pelvis region. The sensations were compressed and seemed to move in waves, as if it were an electrical current following a path and branching outward.
After a couple of days the pimple had a white head and the sensations were more frequent. Of course, I had no choice but to pop the little pimple (I’m a picker, save the nose). Contents: after the pop, it was more of a clear liquid than white and had a slight pain to it, but nothing abnormal after a pimple pop.
Now, things get interesting.
The pimple that I had popped had returned, but slightly bigger than before. With something new, a dark center that was surrounded with white. I plucked the dark center had it was quiet solid, looked like a shard almost. The fluid escaped as well and left a ‘moon’ like crater with a dark reddish interior. I used what was available to treat an open sore.
Couple of days pass, during which I experienced allot of irritation around the area, thus further examination shocked me. Additional pimples started to form, while the original pimple returned to the state of black core, surrounded with white. This time I did not pop the original pimple as it would seem to have caused a spreading reaction. This time round, I used an anti-bacterial cream after cleansing.
After two additional days, the additional pimples started to form their own black shards, surrounded with a white liquid. The pain was also increased and an odd sensation started with urination. This would eventually lead to burning sensation and I think a urinary track infection was starting, as it hurt when touching either side of the groin area (front of pelvis, above groin). Also, all the ‘pimples’ popped from activity, showers, etc. (no sex as I was concerned). This caused even more and those that had popped were returning to their original state, a vicious cycle.
I had some anti-biotics to treat myself, as I was hesitant going to the doctor (very small town, pop 16k ... word gets around). Anyhow, it did go away after a week, whew.
THEN, after a year and half later or so, it returned. This time around, I used penicillin that I had stored away. It worked and it never reached the stage that it originally had (mass amounts of open sores). Though, six months later, it returned once again. But this time I did some research, that research lead me to fleas and STDs. But on the STD issue was that there couldn’t be an STD. As my wife and I had blood tests done for such, as she was pregnant during the 1 year (or so) sore free stage and we both came up clear (though shes still a sore in my %$#). Thus, the flea issue caused me to probe around and ... I found a flea. What exactly this little blood sucker passed off on to me is unknown ... the list is as long as STDs.
After plucking that little $%^^er I have not experienced any issues for a little over 4 years now. Whelp, the issue has returned after all that time. I’m suspecting it is flea related, her kids let a stray cat live upstairs and her friend down the street has flea issues with all her pets. Though, I’m concerned it may be something other than a flea related and the one I plucked could just be coincidence.

* It never forms on the head of the penis or any other location of my body, just the shaft.
* The wife knows about the issues I have had and to this day she has never contracted it.
* After the shaft returning to its normal appearance, there were no scares or any sign that anything had occurred.
* The massive open sores caused it hard to walk around, due to all the rubbing action from clothing, as it caused pain with an odd sensation on top of that - groin area.
* Urination was painful and burned, I did drink alot of cranberry juice and ... that stopped. Though, the issue with the sores made it a on going battle, but nothing as bad as it was before the juice.
* Anti-biotics took about a week and a half or so to clear it up and penicillin took less than that ... 3 days. Though natural healing of course was longer (open sores).
Anyhow, any insight would be great and or point me in the right direction for research material. Last thing I need is some desk jockey at the doctors office to add my issues to the local redneck inquirer.

This sound exactly like what is happening to me right now. They just started popping up 6 days ago and I'm trying to get to a doctor. I'm 17 by the way. The reason he said a flea is because it is ehat it looks like and how it feels so stop jumping him when you don't even know your own facts. Anyways did you find out what it is? I just gotto where it feels like when I **** it feels thicker orsomething I don't know how to explain. Please respond it eill help calm my nerves a lot!!!
I'm amazed that you'd think that fleas would only be a problem in your underwear and no where else. I've had flea issues before and they never chose only that spot to bite me. Sarcasm aside - flea bites would be occuring on various body parts and quite visibly on the feet and ankles. You may have a flea problem on top of all this but I doubt it has anything to do with what's going on on your genital area. Your symptoms don't even sound like flea bites either to boot.
You need to go and be seen and have a full work up done. Chances are good that neither you nor your wife have ever been tested for herpes either so that base needs covered too. A lesion culture and typing of symptoms as soon as possible is going to be most helpful ify our provider suspects genital herpes. If it's hsv1 genitally, the lesion culture is the only way to accurately diagnose it.
