dont whats wrong with me

about one month ago i had protected sex but unprotected oral, 6 hours after the sex i got rash on my pubic area with no pain or itching. which that put me into a lots of stress. i almost went crazy. that rash healed with 1 week. while we had sex there was alot of rubbing. but a week after sex i starting to have buring in my penis's on head on and off. that burning feeling went away. now the only symptoms that i have is my urine has some white stuff floating around and my penis head really sensative after masterbetion, and after peeing i drip a couple drops of pee. plase help me im going crazy

You are not going to get any definitive answers here.  You need to see a doctor for proper testing and treatment.  If you are still having problems, then you need to follow up with your doctor.  Penis sensitivity cannot be conclusively be determined to be caused by an std.

I took some antibiotic, single dose of azithromycin. About 20 hours ago. The one thing I'm really worry about is that my penis head really sensative.

You should have it checked out by a doctor.  It is possible it is a UTI.  Or it could also be NGU.  It is a sexually transmitted bacterial infection that cannot be classified as chlamydia or gonorrhea specifically.
