help! asap!

hi.. im just worried.. actually freaking out...
i have a boyfriend and we've been together for more than a year... and we have been having unprotected sex... all throughout the time we do it, we've never used condoms...
i have given him oral sex and i know how his thing looks like...
He came back this month from abroad after a two-month modelling gig.. and now he has this tiny white circles under the head of his penis... lots of white circles... he never had that before he went there.
question:does he have any std and what is it?..
this is kind of personal but i have to state, that he might have slept with someone abroad and contracted std. so now that he's back, he has those signs.,. but giving him the benefit of the doubt that he did not sleep with anyone while away, how is it that it is only now that these circles appeared if he already has an std before he went away... i mean, could he have had std before and signs and symptoms only appeared now...

im trying to hit 2 birds with one stone here... knowing what std he has so that we can BOTH be treated for it, and knowing that he cheated on me while away...

I agree - could be pearly papules, warts, etc.  He needs to be checked by his doctor.

I recommend he have a good exam by his Doctor. These lesions could be a lot of things, not necessarily STD. take care.
