I had my chlamydia treatment on the 16th of January around dinner time, I then waited 7 days until sex and had sex on the early hours of the morning around 12:30am approaching the 7th day on the 23rd of January, does that mean I have no chlamydia now?

You are most likely fine.  There is no way to tell exactly when in that 7 days all of the bacteria dies during antibiotic treatment.  Just be on the look out for returning symptoms.  If they do not, then you are good.

I had sex with my partner and he had been treated the same time as me too

You are most likely fine as long as the person you had sex with did not have it.
