Am a 23 years old male that 7 months ago had an exposure and my condom were broke after 2 or 3 days i start having peins pain that went to my testicles after couple of days i went to a doctor and he asked me to take a painkiller cause he thought its from masturbating even after telling him about the expousre " i live in arabian country that they dont nothing about sex stuff i can say that they minumum at least" he didnt ask for any tests or nothing , I start taking the painkiller for 10 days and the pain didnt stop , i saw another doctor and he prescribed 5 days of cipro for prostate and again it didnt work ,,
after like 40 days of pain and i could feel that something really went to my prostate cause it left untreated that hall time i went to another doctor that he did an ulttrasound for my prostat and the size was normal he asked for a urine regular culture and a urine anlysis and the results were negative for culture and i had pus cells 8-10 and some rbc 3-5 ,, he asked me to start taking cipro again for and i did for 20 days my pain was like 75% gone but until now i got tingling and some pain in testicles and peins,,  just knew couple months ago that  stds got specific urine test so i did Chlamydia IGG to see if ever got it and it was negative and i took an gonorrhea injection just incase in the 4th week of my pain that a pharmcy guy told me about but it didnt help ..
now am readin about NGU and i start taking azithromycin by my self cause its seems to be one of the best choises of NGU treatment and i took a metrandiozle for another infiction for 2 weeks .. can i find a help to knw hw much doses should i take after this long period and finally i want to mention that i have a dark spot since that expousre in the top of my peins too "its not a sore " and i did an hsv1/2 igg igm , syphliss , HIV, Hepatits a,b,c all negative

grace there are like 4 infection disease doctor in my region a querter milion km square can you believe that am trying my best to get enough eduction from searching and talking to big doctors until i got a good amount of money to leave to usa or europe until then am trying to wait and i wish u can understand and help if u can ,, thnq

we've discussed your situation quite a bit previously already.  continue to follow up with an urologist as needed. you've covered the bases for std's so whatever is going on, isn't std related.

you dont think i would love to do that !! its just that i couldnt find one that he knws what i got its just eazy for you guys to do a full std test and to see a doctort that he asked for them not as me or other ppl here that they ran to medical webb sites to write down test lists and go to private lab to do them and if he missed the right one or perform it wrong he wont know his trouble ..
