Possible STD Outbreak

I had a blood test done around 4 months ago, in which it came back that I was clean. After having the test done I had unprotected sex with a girl, and the next day experienced flu like symptoms. I had a 99-101 temperature for the next 3 days and thought nothing of it. It wasn't untill two weeks after that where i first experienced a small red bumps and a rash on my the tip of my penis. Everything eventually cleared up and now I am experiencing symptoms worse than what i previously had. I have pinpoint size red dots, some in small clusters and some all over my penis. Nothing seems to blister or seems to cause me pain. The red rash has started to flake off and clear up on some parts of the penis, while other parts just look like they are developing signs. I haven't had sex since.
Do you think this is a possible STD? Herpes? I'm going to have another blood test done as soon as possible.

What did you have the blood test for?  Because no testing you get done for other procedures tests for std's unless specified.

It could be herpes, but only a dr. can tell you for sure.  When you get another blood test, ask to be tested for herpes since they usually don't test you for that.   Good luck.
